What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-In: from 03:00 pm
Check-Out: until 11:00 am

Before check-in and after check-out, you can leave your bags in storage free of charge. Please also contact us if you already know you will arrive at a different time than those listed above. You can easily arrive even before 3 pm because our reception is always open, 24 hours a day.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we do accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners.

How can I cancel a reservation?

Typically, no penalty will be charged if you cancell before 04.00 pm on the arrival day. After that period we will ask for the price of the first night’s stay. The cancellation policy may vary depending on the package/offer, please examine it during your online reservation.

Where can I park my car?

Guest can you use one of our 4 parking lots for free.

Is there internet access available?

JYes, Wi-Fi is available in all common areas, in all the rooms (2,00 € per day), and at two Internet points for free. The internet points and the Wi-Fi in the lobby area are free of charge. Guests of the junior suites and suites have a free access anywhere in the hotel.

Do you accept pets?

Pets are welcome for a fee of 5,00 € per day. Please notify us when you make the reservation.

Do you offer allergy friendly rooms?

Yes, most of our rooms are allergy friendly. Please ask for an allergy friendly room when you make the reservation.

Do you accept VAT-forms?

Members of the NATO can use the VAT form to save the value added tax. It is important by law, that you turn in the VAT-form within 7 days after check in.
