Can we provide a special block of rooms to our guests for their own reservation?
Yes, this is possible. For a minimum of 10 rooms, we set up your own room allotment with rates previously agreed and with your party’s booking code. Your guests will be able to arrange their room reservation by telephone or via the internet with the booking code offered.
Can I create my own menu?
We offer a wide variety of wedding menus to suit all tastes and preferences. If our existing plans do not meet your needs, our experienced team will be happy to work with you to fulfill your requests.
Can I taste all the food before the wedding?
Of course. A tasting of all the selected menu items can be scheduled several weeks prior to your wedding according to the size of the event. At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments.
When does or has the party to end?
Our experience is about 11 - 12 hours at max.
Do you have suggested suppliers for flowers, music, photography, etc?
We work on a regular basis with several suppliers. We will be happy to share our experiences with you.
Can I host a morning-after brunch at the Barbarossahof?
Certainly. We will be more than happy to discuss with you the appropriate private room.
Are taxes included in the pricing?
Yes, all the prices include VAT at the standard rate. Deposits will be required prior to the event.
Can my guests have a late check-out the morning after the wedding?
The hotel’s check-out time is 11:00 am. We will of course try and accommodate your guests’ requests, although this will depend on the hotel’s overall occupancy of on the day in question.
Can I decorate the reception room?
Generally, yes. All decorations must be approved by the hotel. The hotel will not permit anything to be affixed to the walls, floors or ceilings of the rooms with nails, staples, tape or any other damaging substances.
Can we bring a DJ in?
Yes, you can.
